Zef does the 5 Minute Drill (5MD). Typically the variation of the 5MD that is done is 50 pull ups and 100 pushups in 5 minutes of less but this time it’s 50 pull-ups followed by 100 dips. This is a bit more challenging than the original. This is how you can get a quick effective workout in under 10 minutes. If you’re doing these types of routines consistently, you will surprise yourself as to how much progress you make without spending hours working out.
