This leg workout will help you gain mass & strength and I also incorporate a full body training segment to maximize your gains during this routine at Wingate Park.
In this routine, I begin with the warm up. The warm up I chose is to use the jump rope. After the warm up I performed burpee to muscle ups. This was followed by using the weighted vest to perform jump squats, Bulgarian split squats, lunges and pistol squats. I performed front squats with the barbell and with bodyweight. I did some explosive, long jump exercises and ended with walking lunges. This is a great routine to provide overall balance in your training protocol.
