I was experiencing knee pain for almost a year and I finally figured out how to fix it. My issue was quad dominance and it was causing a lot of stress on my knee. I previously suffered an injury (pulled tibialis anterior) and this resulted in further injuries of my patellar tendon.

Performing stretches and paying attention to the movement patterns of leg exercises help to create balance in the muscles application of force. Avoid knee injuries by training smart!
