So I was bullied into doing this routine first and it turned out to be my best attempt at the 5 Minute drill (5 MD). This day I wasn’t really feeling up to it but I ended up doing 50 Pull-ups and 100 push-ups in just over 3 minutes. This is a great routine to increase your endurance and also helps with hypertrophy.
