This full body bodyweight workout can be done in 10 minutes if you’re in a rush! No Gym needed. This is a Push Pull Leg workout.
This push pull legs routine consist of Push ups pull ups and squats. Every Push up pull up and squat performed must equal to 12 reps. This is a good Calisthenics workout for beginners. Don’t have a ton of time for a workout, give this one a go!
