This is Red & Ricardo two calisthenics veterans proving age is just a number. At 53 years old and 46 years old, these men (Red & Ricardo) are still going strong like they are in their 20s. This is the normal energy at Wingate Park in Brooklyn. Each one teach one. Although both of this older gentleman are well established in the calisthenics game, you see them teaching each other calisthenics routines as if they are new to the game. This is how it should be in the calisthenics community. Teaching each other to level up. They are performing a push up routine variation here. Ricardo demonstrates his push up routine to Red and Red watches and attempts it soon after.
