This calisthenics shoulder & chest workout will have you PUMPED! We combined this bodyweight workout with some weighted calisthenics to help increase the mass. It’s best if you do this workout with a partner but if you don’t have one, you can use a weighted vest, or find other ways to get creative to add resistance. We performed handstand pushups, pike pushups, and weighted clapping pushups (explosive pushups).
