My last routine was an explosive full body workout. If this isn’t fitness motivation, I don’t know what is. This full body workout included explosive freestyle push ups, weighted burpees with a 50 pound vest, functional resistance band drills, kettle bell drills and overall body weight / calisthenics training.
Many would consider the first exercise pretty extreme but with practice, you can unlock these moves!
