This is weighted calisthenics training with Akeem Scott Supreme at Wingate park the day before the UFL calisthenics competition at Coney Islands Ford Amphitheater. We put in some reps and sets in pull ups, push ups, muscle ups and doing some weighted pull ups and dips with a brick since we couldn’t find any plates.
This is old school calisthenics training. The basics. Reps and sets! Akeem is a heavyweight calisthenics athlete who has already made his mark in the calisthenics game, he is now a professional physique competitor and has won several physique competitions. Calisthenics has built a great physique for him to start off with!
