This full body workout can be done in under 10 minutes! This is an advanced 10 minute workout which can be done relatively anywhere with minimum equipment. This is a metabolic conditioning routine which will help boost your metabolism and maintain a lean physique by recruiting multiple muscle groups at a moderately high intensity.
This full body workout consist of
10 double under jump ropes
5 handstand push ups
5 kettle bell swings
5 forward drag kettle bell swings
5 stiff leg deadlifts
5 squats
5 lunges
5 rotational lunges
and repeat this 5 times with minimum rest in between each set.
This workout uses all the muscles in the body therefore you’ll get a nice metabolic disturbance after this full body workout. The best part of this is it takes very little time. This is a 10 minute full body workout.
