One of the latest routines was some weighted push ups! In the extreme calisthenics way aka the only way! Linked up with Bam Baam for a solid workout session and while I didn’t record the actual workout, I got the cool down. Weighted push ups are a great way to increase the intensity of that workout. Build a bigger chest, without the use of a ton of equipment! It’s the calisthenics lifestyle!
