How can you perform your first muscle up? You’ve been working out for a while, you’re pretty strong, you can do multiple strict pull ups, you can even do some weighted pull ups but you can’t seem to do a muscle up! Why is that? While having some strength definitely will help you achieve a clean muscle up, the skill development is the major player here. You need to learn the movement pattern necessary to execute your first muscle up. That’s what I demonstrate in this video and I helped my boy perform his first muscle up!
