This is an intense 20-minute full body calisthenics routine. This routine includes 5 pull-ups, 10 push-ups, and 15 squats. The goal is to perform as many rounds as possible before the 20 minutes runs out. This is a great conditioning routine. If your goal is to maintain and gain lean muscle mass while shedding fat, this is your go-to routine. Even if you’re a beginner, you can perform modifications such as inverted rows instead of pullups or elevated push-ups instead of pushups on the ground. This is a great calisthenics challenge! This workout hits all major muscle groups so if you don’t have a ton of time and want a quick effective bodyweight workout, this is the routine you should be doing!
