This past weekend I met up with my boy and fellow calisthenics YouTuber Austin Dunham. We shot some sick content and after that, we decided to not skip LEG DAY! We stopped by Green Fitness Studio and did a pretty solid leg day workout routine. Nothing complicated, just basic exercises. Squats, Lunges, Straight leg deadlifts, and a few other leg exercises.
The following day, which happened to be my birthday. We had an epic calisthenics meet up at Tompkins Square Park. It was a great turn out, with a lot of great people.
