This is a high volume calisthenics warm-up routine. This is part 1 of 2. This routine consists of isometric pull-ups, pull-ups, pushups, inverted rows (or barbell curls). This routine is great for increasing strength, endurance, and overall performance. Remember this is only part 1. The next part is weight calisthenics, which includes, weighted pull-ups, weighted dips, and squats. If you want gains doing calisthenics, you need to perform high volume routines such as this.
