The No Mercy Calisthenics Workout will get your heart rate up and muscles pumped. Scott Burnhard Bernard pushed his limits on this particular day as he hadn’t been training for a while. The no mercy routine is an endurance based calisthenics routine. It consist of Muscle ups, Straight bar dips, Pull ups, Push ups and Scott decided to increase the difficulty by adding burpees to the routine. This routine may not be ideal for calisthenics beginners due to the more intermediate to advanced exercises like the muscle up but you’re still encourage to give this workout a go. This is street workout!
