This advanced fitness challenge is on another level. This is an high volume calisthenics workout but if you’re up for the challenge, go ahead and give it a try! This is a high volume and high resistance routine. Reps and sets! This workout consist of various exercises.
Handstand push ups, weighted dips, muscle ups, weighted pull ups, and push ups.
This routine will certainly help increase your endurance as well as build lean muscle mass. This routine was done at Wingate park in Brooklyn. This weekend we will be having a battle of the bars (bar brawl) and this is one of the routines which will be done.
