As someone whose 5’7 too and went from 260 to 130 being extreme backfires. I lost the weight quickly but like many I became disordered- living off 800 calories lead to 40% hair loss, dizziness, and then literal seizures.
Please, do not drive into total fasting. I’ve never had a dietician (I pay one) or a doctor (my best friend is married to one and my father is a retired one) feel it is wise. For many it leads to binge eating, and for some it endangers their life and the lives of those around them.
Edit: Good solid sleep is essential to success.
