If you’re out and about, make a salad or something that you can keep in a cooler bag. Consider adding avocado, hardboiled egg (keep in shell until lunch), tinned tuna (open tin at lunch) or nuts/seeds, ie things that are ok out of the fridge for a while.
For dinners, do a big cook when you have time, then you can freeze in portions so you always have some ready.
